Cleaning Assistant for Industrial Kitchen – Approx. 5-8 Hours per Week

We are looking for a thorough and reliable cleaning assistant for our professional production kitchen in Højbjerg.
We are a catering and food truck company, and our kitchen is used continuously for production and preparation for events. We are therefore looking for someone who can take care of the more thorough cleaning of the kitchen on a regular basis.
This is deep cleaning of an industrial kitchen, where hygiene, structure, and attention to detail are very important.
Main tasks
Your tasks will include:
Thorough cleaning of floors
Cleaning worktables and surfaces
Cleaning stainless-steel surfaces and kitchen equipment
Cleaning around and underneath equipment where possible
Cleaning shelves and storage areas
Cleaning refrigerators and other areas as needed
Cleaning the toilet
Cleaning the storage area
Cleaning sinks and dishwashing areas
Dishwashing when needed
Wiping and washing walls, tiles, and other surfaces when needed
Emptying and cleaning waste areas
General deep cleaning and maintenance of the kitchen
Other cleaning tasks as required
We are looking for someone who
Works thoroughly and pays attention to detail
Is reliable and punctual
Can work independently
Can notice when an area requires extra cleaning without always being instructed
Works systematically and efficiently
Understands the importance of hygiene in a professional kitchen
Is comfortable with physical work
Previous experience cleaning restaurants, commercial kitchens, industrial kitchens, or similar environments is an advantage, but not a requirement if you are thorough and willing to learn.
Working hours
The position is approximately 5 to 8 hours per week, usually divided over 1–2 days depending on our needs.
As we are an event-based business, there may be opportunities for additional hours during busy periods.
Working hours can, to some extent, be arranged flexibly around our production and event schedule.
The position may therefore be suitable for someone looking for a small number of regular weekly hours or an additional job alongside studies or other work.
Start date
We are looking for someone who can start as soon as possible.
