  • Exercise proactive leadership in driving key talent management initiatives, including workforce planning, onboarding, succession planning, retention strategies, development programs, and inclusion efforts.

  • Support organizational design and change management through job profiling, structural planning, and workforce analysis.

  • Align compensation and benefits practices with the Total Rewards calendar to ensure consistent implementation.

  • Partner with Talent Acquisition to support business growth and resource planning.

  • Stay up to date on HR trends, employment legislation, and business developments to provide proactive, customer-focused HR support.

  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders across the business to ensure alignment with HR programs and initiatives.

What We Look For

  • A strong interest in HR data, with a passion for working with numbers and conducting data analysis.

  • Advanced user of Excel and Power BI, or comparable business intelligence tools.

  • A degree in Human Resources, Economics, or a related field.

  • HR experience combined with a passion for data-driven work.

  • Comfort working across multiple platforms and analyzing data from various sources.

  • Previous experience in a commercial or industrial business environment is an advantage.

  • Experience in a global, matrixed organization with a customer-centric approach is beneficial.

  • Strong technical HR expertise and the ability to establish credibility with senior stakeholders.

  • Solid experience in compensation & benefits, as well as learning & development.

What We Offer

  • Attractive salary package and health insurance

  • 11% employer-paid pension

  • Flexible working hours (with the possibility to work from home 1-2 days per week)

  • Excellent development and career opportunities, including access to over 5,000 e-learning programs

  • Excellent canteen, on-site hairdresser/barber, fitness facilities, and regular social activities

  • Competitive parental leave and child sick day policies, plus access to a global parent network
